The following Kalamazoo Community Foundation scholarships require you to complete and submit a paper application to the Community Foundation:

Applications will be made available on this page in Microsoft Word format two to three months before the application deadline, and can be saved and filled out on your personal computer.

Many Kalamazoo Community Foundation scholarships require you to submit financial information, one or more recommendations, and/or other information in addition to the eGRANT scholarship application and your official transcript. Carefully review the eligibility criteria and application requirements for every scholarship for which you are applying to see what additional information or forms may be required.

  If you are applying for the Brady & Patrick Memorial Scholarship, this form must be completed by an arts teacher and mailed to the Kalamazoo Community Foundation.

• Mildred McConkey Memorial Scholarship English Coursework Form (DOC | 62KB)
  If you are applying for the Mildred McConkey Scholarship, this form must be completed and uploaded to eGRANT when prompted.
• S. Rudolph Light Medical Education Scholarship Dean’s Form (DOC | 48KB)
  If you are applying for the S. Rudolph Light Medical Education Scholarship, this form must be completed by a representative of the dean’s office of the school you attend and mailed to the Kalamazoo Community Foundation.
