When you make a gift of any amount to one or more of the Kalamazoo Community Foundation's more than 500 endowed charitable funds, your gift lasts forever.
The gift principal is never distributed, but is carefully invested so that the earnings can be used to benefit the community year after year. And thanks to the Michigan Community Foundation Tax Credit, you can multiply the effect of your charitable gift and receive a generous tax credit on your state taxes.
There are many endowment funds to choose from—funds that benefit your favorite nonprofits or arts and culture, education, youths, the environment, economic development and more.
