Kalamazoo Community Foundation Funds
Hundreds of individuals, families and organizations have created charitable legacies by establishing funds within the Kalamazoo Community Foundation. The Community Foundation is honored to serve as the steward of these funds as each donor strives to make our community a better place. We are grateful for the trust that has been placed in us as the donors seek to accomplish their charitable goals and make a difference in the greater Kalamazoo area. Unrestricted Funds
The Community Foundation depends on its unrestricted assets not only to proactively address the changing needs of the greater Kalamazoo community, but also to facilitate innovative responses to community problems and enhance the quality of life for all residents.
Field-of-Interest Funds
Field-of-Interest Funds enable donors to focus their giving on the issues and causes they care about most.
Advised Funds
Advised Funds are convenient, flexible tools for individuals, families, businesses or groups that want to be personally involved in suggesting grant awards made possible by their gifts.
Designated Funds
Designated Funds support beneficiaries such as nonprofit organizations, or educational or religions institutions that have been specified by a donor.
Scholarship Funds
Scholarship Funds support undergraduate and graduate education, professional development and other educational enrichment opportunities.
