Our Conference Rooms

When Arcus Foundation gifted us our building, we all agreed it should be a space that inspires collaboration and welcomes the community.

Our conference rooms are available to groups at no cost, Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 4 pm., and Friday 9 am to 1 pm. We don't book weekly or monthly meetings in order to keep space available for a larger number of organizations. Our conference rooms are for meetings and retreats, not training or other activities.

Located on the corner of East Michigan Avenue and Pitcher Street on the edge of the Edison neighborhood in downtown Kalamazoo, our building was originally constructed in 1870 to serve as the Grand Rapids and Indiana Railroad Kalamazoo Station. It was renovated in 2000 (winning a State of Michigan Historic Preservation Award) and again when it became the Community Foundation's home in 2014. It's also on the National Register of Historic Places.
