The final evaluation report for The Learning Network of Greater Kalamazoo is now complete and is being shared by the Kalamazoo Community Foundation.

The Learning Network, established in 2011 as a countywide pre-kindergarten through adult literacy initiative, brought its work to an end in August.

"We hope this report helps other community organizations in their collaborative work," says Carrie Pickett-Erway, President/CEO of the Community Foundation. "We appreciate the reflections of our Learning Network partners and I know we will apply this learning to our future work throughout the community."

The Community Foundation commissioned iEval, a Battle Creek consulting group, to conduct 21 interviews with Learning Network partners for the 13-page report. The report includes a timeline, perceptions of both positive impacts and barriers to success, and questions for consideration to assist community groups pursuing collaboration.
