The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Questioning Equality Fund was created to advocate for LGBTQ rights, promote social justice, celebrate the contributions of the LGBTQ community and strengthen organization that service the physical, health, social or emotional needs of the LGBTQ community.

Sponsorship Program
Organizations can apply for additional support through event sponsorship. We sponsor events that align with our community impact priorities of equity and education, are hosted by 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, or support other organizational goals.

Impact Investment Loans
Impact investments are intended to generate measurable social and environmental impact as well as a financial return.
In 2020, Kalamazoo Community Foundation launched Impact Investment Loans with the goal of offering low-interest financing for programs and projects that make a high impact in Kalamazoo County.
