Super Bowl-winning FOX Sports Broadcaster Greg Jennings and his wife Nicole Jennings have launched The Greg Jennings Fund to provide financial grants to support youth education in Kalamazoo County and Minneapolis.

The donor advised fund is managed by the Kalamazoo Community Foundation (KZCF). Greg and Nicole will be involved in reviewing grant proposals and suggesting grants.

"More than $100,000 has been donated over the last decade through our foundation," said Greg Jennings. "We’ve seen firsthand how our investments have helped children get the educational support and programming they need to reach their full academic potential. Today, we’re excited to partner with the Kalamazoo Community Foundation to continue this work."

According to Jennings, "KZCF’s commitment to the community aligns with the spirit of our foundation and goals to continue making a positive impact in the lives of children in our home communities."

The Greg Jennings Fund was created when The Greg Jennings Foundation Board of Directors unanimously voted in December 2017 to dissolve the private family foundation and transfer the funds to KZCF. Grantees were notified of the changes and how the grant application process will be moving forward.

"We’re humbled by this wonderful opportunity to continue the legacy the Jennings established through their foundation," said Joanna Donnelly Dales, vice president of Donor Relations. "The purpose of their foundation, and now their new fund, aligns perfectly with our grantmaking priorities of equity and education. We look forward to working with Greg and Nicole to impact future generations of children throughout our county."
