The Kalamazoo Community Foundation (KZCF) is proud to be named one of West Michigan's Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. This is the 10th consecutive year KZCF has been awarded the distinction on behalf of the National Association for Business Resources (NABR).

This honor comes after an independent research company reviews candidates on various human resource criteria, including employee engagement, retention, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, community initiatives, and other factors.

“Our organization is pleased to be included in this year’s list of West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For,” said Erycka Hunter, Vice President of People & Operations. “We consider it a great honor to receive this distinction 10 years in a row. We are intentional about supporting our team members and ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed and feel welcome in this space.”

The Best and Brightest award identifies and honors organizations that value the importance of employee enrichment and operational excellence. Following review from NABR, organizations’ scores are compared to regional data and nationally set standards. This national program also celebrates organizations that are creating richer lives and building stronger communities.

“KZCF remains committed to improving the lives of staff and community members,” Hunter added. “Receiving this distinction is encouraging. It reminds us that we are embodying our values and moving forward in a positive direction.”
