Kalamazoo Community Foundation (KZCF) supports nonprofit events and activities that provide opportunities for people to connect, celebrate, learn, collaborate and grow as a community.
Our sponsorships provide opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships, especially in our community investment priorities of equity and education. Preference is given to events, activities and organizations that advance our community’s shared goals of racial, social and economic justice.
We sponsor events and activities held by 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in Kalamazoo County.
Requests are due the first Monday of each month.
Please submit your sponsorship request at least two months in advance of your event or activity via our online form. This will allow us time to review your request and make it easier to receive funds in a timely manner.
- Our typical sponsorship ranges from approximately $500 to $1,500.
- We ask that instead of requesting an amount, please share a range with us (and associated benefits), to help us determine the best level of sponsorship.
While we know that golf outings and distance runs/walks/races are valuable strategies for fundraising and community engagement, we do not have the capacity to sponsor those events.
