Joshua Sledge
Chief Investment Officer, Investment
Josh Sledge is the chief investment officer at the Kalamazoo Community Foundation. Josh leads our Investment team in identifying opportunities to invest in community projects and organizations that promote equity and shared prosperity in Kalamazoo County. Prior to this role, Josh served as the senior director of incubation at the Filene Research Institute, senior director on the program team at the Financial Health Network and senior investment analyst at Prudential Capital Group.
Josh holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in liberal studies from Northwestern University. He has served on the Kalamazoo Community Foundation’s Financial Investment Committee since 2019 and serves on the board of directors for Communities In Schools Kalamazoo and GreenPath Financial Wellness.
