Kalamazoo County resident who is a graduate of a high school, alternative school or GED program; or graduate of a Kalamazoo County high school, alternative school or GED program in Kalamazoo County; part-time or full-time enrollment pursuing vocational or technical training, trade school, certificate program, two-year or four-year program.

Child or grandchild of a currently employed or retired certified law enforcement officer, certified firefighter, licensed EMT or first responder, or licensed paramedic employed within Kalamazoo County; minimum 2.5 GPA; full-time or part-time enrollment to earn a certificate, associate's, bachelor's post-graduate degree.
